"This office does not put their patients first and will do anything to not schedule you. My mother is a patient here and experienced an urgent situation where she needed to be seen and is more comfortable going to see her primary doctor then going to urgent care and her insurance does not cover urgent care visits and it was not life or death to go to the emergency room. After calling the office they wanted to schedule her 2 weeks away so we left her a message on MyChart and she called her to let her know that she cannot come in since she has to leave for the day at noon and she will not have time to chart the after visit and there is no other doctor for her to see. If that is the situation this office is not staffed properly and should have had a doctor come in to help for any urgent cases coming in."

"Love Doctor Shishu. Love the nurses. Not so crazy about the staff. Left message on a Thursday at 3:30PM regarding a heart problem. I requested a call back. No call returned. Website claims Friday Hours 7:00AM-2:00PM, Phone Hours 7:30AM-2:00PM. Started calling at 7:30 on Friday. Got the answering machine until 8:05AM. David answered the phone (very nice guy) I asked if they got my message from the day before. He did not know. I requested an appointment to come in. They did not have an opening and referred me to the hospital. This practice could be so much more than what it is. As they say... "the people make the business". If your looking for a stress free provider look elsewhere."

"I will not be returning to this practice. The doctor I saw spent all of 5 minutes with me, diagnosed me with something I in fact do not have that was confirmed by another doctor, disregarded my concerns, and did not write any notes in my flagged test results. So me being a patient with no medical background, had to google what these flagged terms were. I don’t think any patient should ever have to do that! Come to find out I had a UTI, which is not very serious, but again… I had to find that out through google. I called the office upset, and the staff was very kind and told me the doctor would get back to me. Well, she never did. I have never felt so disregarded by a doctor. Please do your research and find someone who thoroughly listens and cares about your well being."

"My first experience with this office was excellent. The young lady at the front desk was just as friendly and professional in-person as she was when I scheduled my appointment with her. I didn't wait more than five minutes before a nurse took me back to an exam room. I wasn't in the room more than two minutes after the nurse was done with me before Dr. Deryavoush knocked on the door. She was great and patiently took an inventory of my issues before ordering up a number of tests. The technician was in the room shortly after the doctor left. She was very friendly and quickly set about administering the various tests. Everyone was friendly, professional, and prompt. I can say this was far and away the best doctor's office visit I have ever had. Highly recommended."

"The nurses Mirela and Nick are so good! They are fast, efficient, very proficient with their clinical skills, do all kinds of paperwork and phone calling for the doctors, among many other things, and are super nice on top of everything. The doctors are awesome, too. The patients that show up late or can't get in instantly for appointments may not realize how busy this practice is due to their excellent health care, and that Beaumont makes rules the people that schedule appointments have to follow or else jeopardize the level of care provided. If necessary, Beaumont has urgent care available 24/7 all over the place. The people that work here are great!"
