"Out of three years with this practice I have only had one successful appointment. Why? BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND DO NOT RETURN THEIR PHONE MESSAGES. Last year I had an emergency that found me in the hospital. I tried calling to schedule a follow-up appointment as directed by the hospital-it took them over a month to return my call! Fast forward to now, I was trying to get an appointment because I had a sinus infection. I STILL have not gotten a call back! That was on 10/29, it is now 11/8. Pitiful. Thankful for practices that will make time for patients who need care, because I found one! I wonder what patients are important to them?! Doubtful their staff will see this review since they can't seem to check their voicemail or pick up a phone. Please note: Their responses offer no apologies. They would like to look into the matter but yet I need to waste MORE of my time on them? Why bother? My review is to warn others to go elsewhere if they want decent care, what they do on their end is their business."

"Claims to be open until 5pm but if you call at 4:30pm the phones are off and goes to voicemail, with the voicemail saying they are closed despite the voicemails saying that their office hours are 8-5pm. Apparently there is an after hours nurse? And they do not answer the phone. Has picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times. Communication here is awful and can be detrimental to patients who have chronic pain, illnesses and problems. Doctors are wonderful and efficient, but since your access to them has to go through MA’s I would not recommend as they do not even return phone calls in a timely manner, and rarely actually answer the phone. I absolutely adore my doctor Dr. Henry but it is a headache to have to interact with the MA’s, schedule appointments, or to even ask for a doctors note. Lack of empathy amongst MA’s. Also not able to find the supervisor/director or manager number for the establishment so not sure how to make negative experiences heard to anyone."

"I know this office has had some recent negative reviews. However, my experience has been good. I am a patient of Dr. Semones and I would (and have) recommended him to other people I know. I had some difficulty finding a physician when I moved to Kalamazoo several years ago. But, I have appreciated Dr. Semones and the staff at this office. The only negative I have, which I am sharing with my doctor, is some difficulty around prescription refills; however, I am always able to work this out and would recommend this office to those seeking a consistent physician in the area."

"My experience with Dr. Henry has been wonderful. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and makes a plan of action to treat my health problems. If I need a refill sent to a pharmacy, they are speedy in expediting the request."

"I've only seen Dr. Rogers on very few occasions. I was introduced to her practice as a hospital follow up patient back in April, 2015. Burgess was gracious enough to find me an Internal Med Physician based on my specifications of what I was looking for. I have been impressed with each appointment so far. She tries to run "on time," which shows her time is just as important as the patient coming in to see her. Dr. Rogers has worked me in her schedule on a last minute basis before because my intense scalp pain. Office personnel are dressed nicely and very friendly. The office appears to be very organized from what I have observed thus far when coming in for appointments as well as making phone calls to her office. There is a nice selection of prompts on the office phone to choose from to meet your needs for calling in. There is only one time I called and their phones were off at 4:40PM when office hours are listed to close at 5:00PM. That was very disappointing. Other than that, I do like her system of filling out a paper while you're in the waiting room waiting to be called back by her Medical Assistant. The paper includes main reason(s) for your visit that day, any medications you no longer take so your chart is kept current, any other problems you wish to discuss with her and any medication refills you may need."
