"Each of the last 3 times we were at this location, service was good, but the coffee was awful. Peppermint Mocha tasted like warm milk with a hint of peppermint. No mocha, no coffee. Salted Carmel cold brew lacked all flavor. Unfortunate."

"The female employee with short red hair working the drive through on Monday at 10:45am could use some customer service training! I stopped with my family and ordered 4 items. When I arrived at the window, I politely asked if I could please add a cup of ice water. She didn’t answer me but talked into her headset and asked for an ice water and rolled her eyes! I thanked her as we left, after it was clear she wasn’t going to thank me. I felt like I was a horrible inconvenience to her, no plans to race back to this Starbucks. My wife pointed out that there was no one behind us waiting in queue and after spending a fortune every week on coffee drinks, the employees should be kinder to customers"
"I reviewed this Starbucks once before and left a bad review. I hadn't sent back drinks at Starbucks in years but I had to send both of the drinks back I ordered at this location previously. I had vowed I wouldn't return but my daughter and I were traveling through the area and we had to stop nearby so we came to this Starbucks again. Luckily it was not a repeat and our drinks were correct and tasted good and were ready when I walked in."
"Just had worst iced caramel macchiatos I've ever gotten from any Starbucks ever. They're not just poorly made, they're actually gross, and there's almost no espresso in it. This seems like a fluke since this is a well-rated location, but I can only rate based on my own experience."
