"5 stars for fish tacos! Perch, corn tortillas. They were amazing. I also enjoyed the parmesan fries. Very friendly and open atmosphere. Mike was a great server."

"Loved this little place. From the diverse atmosphere to the food, it was worth the discovery. A couple things: the beet goat cheese salad is amazing, but huge. It's best ordered on its own or perhaps the mgmt would consider offering 1/2 size with an entree. Second, it was exciting to think I might get a decent lobster roll in the Midwest, but the dill overwhelmed the sweet lobster taste. On a plus, the flourless torte was to die for. Last, the GIANT pretzel was delicious! Consider offering mustard along with the cheese. This is easily big enough for 4 to share!+"

"Fiddlehead in Michigan City. As is our practice, we like to arrive early before things get too terribly nutty so we got there just before 5 and were promptly seated. This evening we decided to skip the appetizer, mostly because the pricing was steep. The average was around $15 and nothing under $10. Salty for us, pardon the seasoning reference. My wife had a few selections she was really interested in trying and settled on the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop, teamed up with the house standards of garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. She really enjoyed the chop and the glaze. I was offered a sample and agreed that it was quite good indeed. My list had several items as well of which I selected the Meatloaf - with Red Wine Mushroom sauce and topped with onion straws. Different for sure from Mrs Teel's red glaze that accompanies her iteration, but still very good. I swapped the garlic mashed potatoes for the Maple Bacon Brussel Sprouts (excellent!) but did stick with the green beans."

"We had a great experience at Fiddlehead restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was unmatched. The server Sam was so kind to our children and very helpful in navigating what to get. We highly recommend the salmon. Best salmon I have ever tried! The kids enjoyed the spaghetti and garlic bread and hamburger with fries. We also had a hamburger with pepper jack. Very good. The buns were toasted to perfection."
