"Horrible place, new patient here. Forced under court order. They are talking to my dad about medications when he's not a guardian and I specifically told them not to tall to him yet they still do. I think I should pursue legal action per HIPPA. They are also very disorganized with the appointments as stated. I hope they didnt make any appointments without my knowledge. The nurse blamed me that my mom and dad where bothering them as if I was the culprit. They seem nice but I have a feeling it's a facad and true colors show when theirs some tension."

"This place can be really helpful if you can get a therapist who doesn't move on before a years up. Maybe the company shouldn't overwork the therapists and that wouldn't happen. Have to keep starting over and can't get to the meat and potatoes with every new therapist. Those things take awhile. Relationships are built on trust. Respect your clients!"

"This place is not simply horrible, it's abusive. I have had 21 infections in broken teeth that they have REFUSED to remove. Under the LIE they are FULLY BOOKED. Why? They CAN'T SCAM STATE Insured patients. They ONLY accept people that they can OVER CHARGE and SCAM their insurances out of more money. State insured? They LIE and say they are FULLY BOOKED. With an EMPTY WAITING ROOM and EMPTY DENTAL CHAIRS. 8 of the 9 infections nearly caused me to go blind. The 9th infection (CURRENT) is WORSE! Not only might I go BLIND but become BRAIN DAMAGED too. So, DO NOT GO here. Unless you want to be SCAMMED or POSSIBLY GO BLIND and get BRAIN DAMAGE! Or unless you WANT TO DIE BY THEIR HANDS. Due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE! How? Infection spreads and can travel anywhere. The ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF MY FACE HURTS. They STILL REFUSED!"

"Have never been a patient at a facility that treats patients so poorly. on 10/11/2019 arrived for my appointment and checked in with the front desk. Sat down and waited to be called back to see the doctor. After waiting 15 minutes, approached the girl at the window and asked if there was some reason that i was still waiting 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Was told the doctor was running a little wait. After another 45 minutes of waiting again asked why the delay and was given the same answer, the doctor was running late. Asked to speak to the office manager about this situation. After about 10 minutes, the office manager arrived and told my that the doctor was treating an emergency patient and would probably be another 45 minutes minimum and that they would reschedule my appointment. I stated to him that this was unacceptable and that if I didn't show for my appointment, i would incure a charge was a missed appointment. He assured me that that was not the case, the didn't charge for missed appointments. I told him that i didn't want to reschedule or be a patient at their facility any longer. Lo and behold a month later i received a bill for the missed appointment. So my recommendation is that the doctors my be fine but the staff leaves a lot to be desired in terms on honesty or competence"
