March Medical Associates

"I was told Dr. March was good and I really needed a doc who listened to me so I thought...awesome! I was glad to finally have what I thought would be a good doctor. Office staff was ok and nice. I went into see doc shortly after I got covid and just couldn't kick some specific symptoms. I had already had kidney issues and he knew this as well. He initially did bloodwork and said he saw nothing really concerning, although my kidney function had halved since I had gotten sick. I went back about a month later just really not feeling well and absolutely exhausted. I told him I just couldn't keep up I was so so tired. Not a normal tired. He said he wouldn't do more bloodwork because I was just tired from taking care of all my children and new baby. I knew something didn't feel right...but he's the doc. Fast forward about 4 months later I just kept feeling worse and went to see my obgyn who did draw more bloodwork and found my kidney function had decreased even more and referred me to a nephrologist. Kidney function kept going down. It has been not even a year since I've seen Dr March and I am going into surgery tomorrow to have a dialysis port put in because I am now at the point my kidney(I have 1) is no longer at a functioning level to help my body. I was also severely anemic and required 2 units of blood. I knew something was wrong and if I would have listened and not tried to keep finding a doc to hear me I wouldn't be here in the next few weeks, possibly days. I'm thankful I have docs that did listen and are helping now. I'm sad it didn't work out because I was really looking forward to having a good primary doc. He had good reviews so I'm not sure what really went wrong. I guess my suggestion would be for him to really try to listen to the patient and really try to hear what they're saying. I know days get long with docs and he's probably seen a lot but some people really just want to feel better and need a doc that cares enough to help. Hopefully I just had a bad experience and it's not his actual demeanor as a medical professional. Just giving my honest experience and hoping it will help."

"I Have been seeing Dr. March and his his staff for a few years now. He is one the best Doctors i have seen over my years. His staff is professional, Helpful, and they are genuinely concerned for their patients. Hes very straight forward and takes the time to explains things so you understand and his staff follows up with you on anything that might need to be. So if your looking for a new Doctor i would highly recommend you give them a call."
