"Carlson students, this was the BEST experience I could ask for! Everyone was extremely nice and patient when we went in. Adam Stone, the varsity operations manager was very kind and helped us with everything, reassuring that all of the colors, measurements, and patches were correct and what I desired. They didn’t try to push any extra offers on us and we’re straight up with the price. The jacket in all was also an amazing price, and in the same ballpark as when we called for an estimation. Definitely come here to get your varsity jackets done!!"
"I ordered my granddaughter a varsity jacket back in August. With the varsity letter and embroidery it was close to $400. I was told it would be ready the beginning of November. I have stopped in the store twice and called again today(December 2), each time I have received a different excuse as to why it isn't ready. They have taken any excitement she had about the jacket away. Very disappointed."
