"We’ve been going to Aerial for 7 years and have had nothing but a great experience, from the front desk to the coaches. We currently have 3 children in gymnastics here. The coaches care about the safety and wellbeing of our kids. They go above and beyond for them. Amy at the front desk is always so kind and answers all of my questions. This is a great gym whether your children want to take a recreational class or hope to compete."

"After taking my kids here for almost 2 years, we were heart broken to be treated the way we were last night! I always felt like my kids were the only ones getting "corrected" by the front desk staff, but we are use to facing stairs due to our religion and having a large family. However, the last couple months 1 staff member took it apon herself to constantly be telling my kids to sit in the corner or that they were not allowed to walk to the restroom/ water fountain. Last night she decided to make my 7 cry twice, and not for the first time either, by grabbing her by the arm and trying to force a time out on her. All of this while I am standing right there! I confronted her and was told there were several complaints by parents to her when we are there because my kids are playing loudly and not just sitting while waiting for class/older siblings to finish. YES my kids do laugh loud, and yes they do play together in the open space of the lobby with toys I bring. But they are never the only kids playing, and they have never broke anything or hurt anyone. I correct them if I catch them running but this was out of line for someone to touch my child! Then to confront me and correct my child in front of all the other parents and running kids was extremely humiliating. It took everything in me to walk out of there without crying. After so long there, being faithful to classed and all payments, I can't understand how this is acceptable behavior."

"Had a great experience! Called and talked to Amy and arranged to come in the next day. They showed my grand daughter and I around, helped her select her leotards and tested her so they could get her in an appropriate class. Thank you!"

"My daughter has attended Aerial Express for six years. Our experiences there have never been anything but positive. They individualize the needs of the gymnasts they serve as well as teaching them about proper stretching techniques, safety in the sport of gymnastics, and so much more. It is not a competitive "push as hard as you can" atmosphere, which I appreciate. Rather, they let them grow and progress over time in the sport. The coaches and staff genuinely care for their gymnasts and my child has flourished here. I would recommend it to anyone!!!"

"I cannot attest to their classes but unfortunately I just experienced some very poor customer service here. After filling out registration information for my daughter I was told how much the classes would be and that there was a registration fee. I pointed out that their advertised website rates differed and showed them the rate I was expecting. One employee responded that "this is how it is and this is what it is for everyone" while the other one tried to explain it away saying "that must be for the summer program and now it's fall". No where on the site does it say that those are the rates for a summer program. They were both very curt with their responses and not at all interested in making it a positive experience for us. Unfortunately I did snap back and let them know that it would be their loss and indeed it will be because I have three young children that are just starting their adventures into tumbling. Luckily for us there are lots of good studios in the area. Below is a screenshot of their current website tuition information. Don't expect if your child is in preschool for there to be any discount as advertised. They lost an entire family over $10 a month and a registration fee but of course the real reason they lost this was the way we were treated."
