"Not knowledgeable in the medical field, will not listen and take a parents word on what symptoms their child is experiencing and when confronted about her poor behavior and no assessment of your child, will use excuses and tell you that they will need to see a specialist to find out. Will not run tests, unless it’s for strep throat and she will run out as fast as she can. Only wants to do wellness checks and vaccines. The rest the office has been instructed to refer to urgent care because “they have no available appts” the first 2.5 years when Covid hit and your child was sick the office automatically instructed you to go to urgent care as they “didn’t see sick kids.” Listen to the one star reviews! If your kid is completely healthy then she’s a good fit, just hope nothing comes up…"

"Love this place! We have been going to Woodhaven Pediatrics for years. Dr. Pavlik is the best! She always takes the time to make sure not only my questions /concerns are addressed and answered, but that my child’s questions are answered as well. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure my child’s medical needs are taken care. We have at times dealt with other doctors at the practice and they were all very attentive and caring."

"First time visit was Monday 7/12/21. I arrived approximately 12 minutes late due to a flat tire. When I arrived I was told I was past their ten minute grace and would have to reschedule. So I asked if they can give me a note stating I was there but was unable to be seen. I had to take half the morning off of work to make this appointment. I was told no. I am a medical assistant as well and did not like the attitude I was getting. This place could not accommodate me in anyway. I have a total of 4 children 3 of whom would be coming to this Woodhaven pediatrics. At that point I choose to cancel my other two children's upcoming visits for 7/14/21. Never would I consider leaving the care of my children in the hands of people who are not willing to accommodate and have bad attitudes. If I could send this review without any stars I would but they have it set to were you have to give at least one star to leave a review."

"Dr. Pavlik has been my sons primary care doctor since he was born (December 2014). My second son was just born in August and we take him to see her as well. She’s always very friendly and attentive. Both kids love her and so do my wife and I! She listens to our concerns and makes us all feel comfortable each and every time. I would highly recommend Dr. Pavlik and Woodhaven Pediatrics to anyone!"
