"They let some random person walk off with my DoorDash order. The workers didn’t verify the name on my order, so someone got dinner on me tonight. Luckily, I was refunded by the app. Unluckily, I’m pregnant and waited for over an hour to get my dinner which never ended up coming. Props to Chipotle for making my food, checking the name for the pickup, and actually getting my food to me! This was my very first experience with Qdoba, and I don’t think I’ll ever be back. The guy that answered the phone was VERY unhelpful, and the Dasher that was SUPPOSED to pick up my order said it seemed like they were giving him the runaround after he had been waiting there for 20 minutes to get my order. He said there were a few workers, but only one seemed to be doing actual work while the others started closing things down at 8:30 when they close at 10. Pretty disappointing."

"I ran in one afternoon to grab lunch for my family. 3 bowls and a Steak and Chicken burrito. The store was kind of busy, but Heather at the Main St in Mishawaka location; really had the patience to allow me to take the time I needed because I have picky eaters at home. She even convinced me to grab some Chips and Queso, which I absolutely love.. I noticed that the Owner reads the reviews, Your employee Heather (didn't get a last name) was very professional and went above and beyond. This young lady deserves a raise.."
