"I never really post on these sites but I do think this is an important one. I started seeing Dr Demczuk in January 2018. She was a amazing Doctor!! Due to insurance problems, I wasn’t able to see her for a while. I worked hard to fix the problem and get back on the insurance that her office took, only to have the receptionist Cheryl bully me! She talks to you with such disrespect. I have never been treated the way this employee has treated me. No employees at a mental health facility should bully anyone!! When I tried to transfer my treatment to Romeo in February Cheryl said there was no therapist on board that took my insurance and it would be a couple of weeks before they hired one. So I waited! Now we are into June and the therapist that took my insurance is now on a leave. I switched offices again. The receptionist there was amazing!!! She was able to get me in with a therapist within a week. I also spoke with a higher up Owen, He let me know that I would be able to continue treatment with Dr. Demczuk. He then called me back to let me know I could not see the doctor. The whole reason for the transfer was so I could see Dr Demczuk again. I have gone threw great lengths to receive treatment witch I never got! It was a waste of 4 months !!! I have since closed my case."

"Dr. Demczek is hands down the most amazing doctor. She actually listens to her patients she shows she truly cares and even calls them back promptly. I have never met a better doctor. My therapist is Lauren and she is amazing hands down amazing. She goes above and beyond to help me and gather resources for me. I had brain surgery a month ago and she went out of her way just to call and check in on me. The two of them are the reason I go there. Besides them the staff is absolutely working the wrong job. They are so so so incredibly rude. Sheryl especially. Jennifer is very sweet and helpful. Sheryl is rude and abrupt. She treats the people there like they are all below her."
