"Our experience with speech therapist Chrissy from outpatient therapy was unpleasant. She lacks the empathy for this field, many times we felt her emotional impatient during our sessions most likely due to lack of significant improvements, which made learning/rehabilitation miserable. On a good note, the inpatient care was wonderful there at Beaumont, so the experience wasn't all negative. This review would have been 4 to 5 stars if it was only an inpatient review but failed miserably during outpatient care."
