"Worked with Abbie Vanderwege at a different practice which was great. They billed the way it was explained on our benefits for In office which would be a $25 co-pay. Abbie switched practices to Teletherapy Group but never notified us which wouldn't be a big deal except now Teletherapy Group bills as outpatient. The difference is you have to pay more for the visit and it goes towards your deductible. We didn't get our first notification until almost 6 months later. When we called to try to sort this out and get it correct, the office was very rude and said there is nothing they are willing to do and we have to pay the higher cost or switch to someone else. Abbie was unwilling to work with us as well. Very disappointing so be sure you're aware before moving forward with this company."
