Ben and the other therapists are very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. We video recorded the stretches on my phone, so I can see them to make sure im doing them correctly. This was extremely helpful to me, and the exercises and stretches have alleviated so much of physical pain in my neck and lower back. The muscle spasms and nerves have calmed down. I can turn my head again and lift my right arm, which I could not do coming in. My lower back is moving much better, and I can walk longer without pain. Thank you all so very much for your help!!"
