"One of the worst motels I've ever been in. No heat in the motel black mold in the bathroom refrigerator freezer does not work. overhead light does not work TV stuck and broken bed"

"#1 Complaining over petty stuff like shutting the door. #2 Constantly being threatened to move. #3 Lack of cleanliness. #4 Bed bugs #5 The owner is a money hungry demon who slave drives his one worker. #6 Labor laws violated. #7 Mold #8 Being without water $9 No heat #10 No on-site laundry #11 Room had horrible smell that required several days to get rid of with smell goods #12 Health Dept needs to be contacted, kids live there with black mold #13 Expanded pressed wood cabinet #14 TV from 80s #15 Advertised wifi, no wifi. Phone doesn't work half the time #16 you can hear your neighbors clearly #17 leaking sink #charges extra weekly per person I did get evicted. They put my stuff on curb but I didn't want to pay for this grubby nasty place anymore that throws out accusations knowing they got a history of bed bugs"

"Paid for the room and my wife and I were given the key. When we opened the door to the the room we were astonished at the condition the room was in! When I flipped on the light I saw roaches scurrying across the wall, the entire room was disgusting, pieces of a little table broken and worn down, the bed looked as if it might collapse if you sat on it, the smell was overwhelming of, well I'm not sure what it was, floors were so gross that even with shoes we were afraid to step on them. There was one pillow sheet on this disgusting bed. We stood in the doorway in shock for probably 1-2 minutes and turned around and went back to the office. We ask the front desk lady which lives in the Motel to be refunded, bc we could not stay in such conditions, she told us that she understood and the owner would be in in the morning to refund our card. I have since called several times and the "owner" is never in, but she continues to state he will refund out $50, since we immediately turned around and left. We went to a hotel further away from the military base and paid $203, which was better than catching a disease or taking roaches home. One more thing there was a bottle broken in the window! I have never seen anything like this in my life and pray I don't again! We want our $50 refunded and the health department needs to shut this place down!!! This occurred on 11/11/17. I called the Motel again today and the same front desk lady answered and states that he already did the refund, which is the same thing she said on 11/4 & 11/5. I have filed a dispute with our military bank and the the BBB. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!! NOT ONLY IS IT NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMANS TO STAY, BUT THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!"
