"Terrible management and poorly maintained building. I lived here for a year and the management has been awful from start to finish. It took them 2 weeks into my lease to "clean" the apartment so I couldn't even move in on time. They then justified the muddy footprints all over the apartment by saying "well they cleaned and then walked on the floors." Should've walked away right then. None of my service requests were ever taken care of. On top of all this they took a third of my security deposit to clean the apartment after I left. The tenants aren't much better most of them smoke in the building which makes the whole place reek. They also leave their full trash bags in the halls. This place is a dressed up $600 apartment trying to pass as a $1200 place. Don't fall for it, don't rent from BADCADII at all. If you see BADCADII on a lease just walk away."

"Put my application in and was told no one else had put a deposit down. Almost a week later, they tell me that I was approved, but someone else had put in a deposit before me. Quoted $999 for an apartment with new hardwood floors. They ended up telling me it would be no new floors (the living room and dining room are concrete) or a full remodel, but the rent would be $1150. I think that appearance and race both played a factor in their decision to discourage me from renting from them, as they chose to go with a young lady who supposedly put her deposit in before me. Yet, my showing was the last one of the day, and Bryan stated that my deposit was the first he had received."

"I lived here for a year and a half, and for 1 year of it I had a broken fridge, and it was always a hassle to get the landlord to fix something. There were tarps on the roof for 6 months because a wind storm took a lot of the shingles off. There was a leak in my ceiling and when someone came to look at it they cut a 2x2 hole in it and the landlord told them not to come back. After 2 weeks of me texting her every day about the hole being there she finally had someone come and fix it."
