Green Roof Motel

"Always cold showers... Power flickers.. owner never fix anything. And they say you never said anything. One day I will laugh when the building inspector comes. Because they are not up to code at all. This picture is from a fire the electric started years ago.. but the landlord was in Europe. Then when he came back he only fixed a switch and said I never said anything about it being broken. When I tell them all the time.. and what do you know everything is still not fixed.. funny"

"Very Dirty and Very Loud. The Person next to us had their TV on all night. We could hear it on all night. We were told she lives there. She's renting the room monthly. Also our room smelled like Smoke because the lady next to us was smoking all night and she also kept going in and out of her door constantly and all night. All while smoking and coughing all night out too! When we checked into our room I could seen urine all over the seat. The repair men that were there putting a new roof on used the bathroom after it was cleaned and it was rented to us this way. Also the bed was so uncomfortable the springs in the mattress was hurting my body all night. DO NOT STAY there unless you want to stay at a REALLY BAD place. It's cheaper to rent BUT you get what you pay for. Also there is NO Coffee Pot and NO Microwave and NO Fridge and NO Hair Dryer in the room. You get what you pay for and that is Nothing !!! You get a Smaller TV and Bed and a Shower. DO NOT STAY THERE. Believe me I'm telling you my honest experience there. I hope others get a better experience then what we had. Would I ever stay there again? NO !!!"

"I'm reading the others reviews on here and some have good to say others great things and then the ones that were highly mistaken when they stayed at this motel bc they thought they were staying at the Hilton Hotel I assume when they booked it. It's not a Hotel it's a motel but it's a damn great motel for the price, you basically paid for a bed a shower and a TV why are you complaining about anything else? At the rate you pay here no you don't get a pillow top mattress with big squishy pillows and a mint for decoration you don't get a spa shower wi th a big shower head like a waterfall. You don't get free WiFi maybe if your lucky you will. Don't expect things like you paid top dollar when you didn't, if guests were more appreciative and took better care of motels while they stayed there instead of rocking rooms so that all the or profits have to go to fixing rooms up they would have more money for accommodations to suffice you but you have no respect so why should you get more than your money? Enjoy what you get its better than sleeping under the bridge in Mt Clemens. I was very thankfull for what I had when I stayed there it was peaceful and quiet and the lady that runs it Marium is a super wonderful lady that deals with so much from people I don't know how she keeps going on a daily basis. So thank her next time your there for providing a place for you to rest and regain energy for your travels or whatever. Be respectful when you write a review on a place you may have no choice but to need one day when you may not want it and then she treats you as you had treated her, remember KARMA when you think about opening your mouth to let negative things come out of it."

"As for as the motel/rooms go it's not bad if you need a place to stay for a few days. I've stayed in much worse places before. With that said it's no comparison to say the Hilton or any other franchise hotels. My biggest complaint is when trying to contacting them for a room. Sign may show they have vacancy but when you call no one ever answers. If you go in person the doors are always locked and nobody answers. If you do plan on getting a room here make sure you do it early because longer you wait harder it will be to actually get a room. Room rates are fair and they encourage you to pay with cash."

"NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS, PETS, HUMANS; I WOULDN'T EVEN RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!! I wouldn't have stayed here had my power not gone out. Due to the recent wind storm we had I was out of power for 4 day's. A friend of mine suggest staying here because of the cheap price, Wi-Fi and cable. And the electric was a great start, teeheehee. Being a nonsmoker living with smokers I was alright with the smoking outside, however I thought that there was no smoking in any room anymore apparently I was incorrect; never were we told we could not smoke in our room. The owners or managers who live on the property seemed to be nice. About 20 minutes after getting there bringing in our computers, phones and stuff there was banging on the walls. Not just like thud banging like somebody tapping to a song. That lasted about an hour. Every time somebody take's a shower we hear the water turn on, them step into the shower and step out and turn it off. It's annoying since it's all though the night. It is 3:38am currently and somebody is in the shower behind my room. Well the second day rolled around, we left did our running around and such. When we came back a man was just chilling out by the garbage can, he hurried away as we got out of our car. About 10 minutes later he was chasing a little girl around the parking lot, she was no older than 6 or 7 years old, with a belt in his hand. He finally caught her next to my car and beat her with it. I went inside and locked my doors. He seen me standing outside attempting to get some fresh air. The room stinks like old sex, mildew and dirty feet. I had cracked the window to get some fresh air in the room and heard the female who either owns it or is a manager telling the girl in the next room that they had a deal and she wanted her pills. GREAT NOW NOT ONLY AM I AROUND PSYCHO MEN I AM AROUND DRUG DEALERS. Well the girl in the room over is somebody we know though hear say I suppose you can say, she informed us not only was she selling her pills and buying drugs here that almost everybody LIVES HERE ON A DAILY BASIS. And they are drug dealers. Why wouldn't they be? $25 a day when you rent them for weeks at a time. It's cheap. I went home during the freezing cold to sleep in bed with no heat just so it was some what quite. The tubs plug didn't keep water in the tub. As a matter of fact it wasn't even attached the way it was suppose to be. I had to put in in and screw it down. The fuse kept popping over the sink. The TV only worked when you used the remote, which was fine, had the battery's not been dead. This was by far the worst stay at any hotel I have ever been at! I would not recommend this place as a prison! I will NEVER TELL ANYBODY ABOUT THIS PLACE EVEN AS A JOKE. I WOULDN'T SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE."
