"I worked with Prasanna to book my tickets. I had to change my travel dates at the last moment due to COVID. She patiently helped me with finding a new travel date. Prasanna was very friendly and made sure to keep me informed about each step of the booking process. She gave me several dates to choose from based on my convenience. Payment process was very simple. Overall I had a really good experience working with Prasanna."

"My family has been a customer for 23 years now. They make our travels very easy. All I have to do is send a message with my travel dates and they do the rest. Every time they provide the best rates and best options of multiple airlines. In times of emergency travel, they help you at any time of the day. 8 years ago I had a family emergency and I was asked to go straight to the airport with my passport. I was able to board a flight with in a few hours. A few months ago I had another emergency where they guided me to take the airlines that would let me see my parents right away( not have to quarantine).Also small details as to where to get the COVID test done, what type and what website to upload the results. They also went above and beyond by contacting me when my return flight was cancelled, they rebooked me on another flight without additional charges . I didn’t have to be on the phone with the airlines or even with them..To top it all they have treated me as a family member by dropping of meals for my kids. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them as they take care of you better than your family would. Best Regards"

"I am so disappointed with this travel agency and I am taking my time to write this review so people know about the un ethical behavior of agent named Lakshmi. I booked the airline ticket to India with them and this Lakshmi fooled me and booked a very long route via Hongkong just to go Detroit to Hyderabad. I realized immediately and I asked to cancel the reservation as every airline allows to cancel within 24hrs. She threatened me unless I pay her $200 she wont cancel my reservation. I was under gun and had no choice to pay to get my cancellation go through. Do not give any business to this company, if any one wants to talk to me please reply to this post and I will be happy to go in detail."

"I wanted to get some information on planning a trip for my niece so I stop by just to talk with someone at worldwide travel. As soon as a walk in I was greeted with someone who gave me a look that was not welcome but at look as if what are you doing here. He never said hello or even how can I help you. I ask a question anyway. I ask if I can get some information about planning a trip. He replied we don't do packages here we only do international air travel. I told him I was looking for international travel and again he said we don't do packages here. It was very apparent he did not want my business. I was very surprised because of the reviews they received was good. I will never recommend this company. They need training in customer service"
