"I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from these people. Rude, uncaring and expensive. They force you to sign up for a membership even if you don't want it. They dropped us with no warning after being a customer for 2 decades. Cancelled the policy the day they notified us. Horrible people. Horrible company."

"We needed passport pictures taken and I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment and was told that I just needed to walk in and show my AAA card. It really was that easy except I didn't even have to show my AAA card, just provide my name and phone number. Passport pictures were taken in a professional manner and presented to us in a nice little folder ready to be attached to the passport application. I love having my AAA branch office here for whenever I need their support."
