"Five stars because they helped house the majority of time being homeless I was bless enough to stay here every other night or so but with enough time to catch on to how they manage their place. The photo and stars speak for itself. I am not complaining nor will I bash them but once they get it together I’m sure this place will become more enjoyable. For now it’s best for housing homeless like who needed to get out of the blizzard cold I’m grateful for those nights I really am but having stayed in almost every room there I’ve noticed everything already and the stars speak for itself."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bathroom was dirty with someone’s used bar of soap on the edge of tub. Small refrigerator that barely works. Hot tub was ice cold and doesn’t work, they said it would be fixed in a week. Upon further investigation from other reviews the hot tub has been broken since October. The pool works but the heat is broken in the pool are so if your kids choose to swim the air is around 40 degrees or lower in there. The staff is lazy, rude and doesn’t want to help or accommodate with anything. Light bulbs were burnt out in some of the lamps we asked for a light bulb to change it our selves and we were told they don’t have any light bulbs. Power went out twice during our stay for more than 8 hours each time. We were told we couldn’t get a discount, refund, or anything for our inconvenience. They said it wasn’t their problem because it was due to weather. So much more I could go on and on . Don’t book here unless you have no other options, we will never be back and I would advise anyone not to book at this hotel. And just to emphasize how bad it was I don’t write reviews and this is my first time writing a review but the experience was so bad I had to write one to prevent someone else from dealing with this terrible mess. They need new staff, owners, cleaning crew and maintenance. Only good thing is it’s close to the highway. Ok Karen moment over. I definitely learned to read reviews bed I book from this experience."

"The hotel is dirty and people sitting up and down the halls. I had to change my own bedding because when I arrived.... the bed had been made but the hair on the sheets had left evidence that the sheets had not been changed after previous guest. Employees are nice and they seem to be trying hard to work with the limited resources they have to keep up with their daily tasks. I wouldn't recommend this and hate to say that because the employees were so nice but this hotel has a lot of issues."
