"We had did the enrollment process and was placed on the waiting list but never paid a deposit to be placed on the list. Somehow, someway, I was billed $777 for care. My daughter never ever attended this daycare center nor were we given a start date. Now I’m being contacted by collection agencies. I have notified this center multiple times that I have a balance due with no reason as to why and they continuously say the same thing, that they will reach back out to me after they find out what’s going on. They have yet to follow up."
"They have barely any staff and corporate won't pay the employees enough to get any workers. Completely unreliable. *Original review from 2019. The staff and new management at this Adams Street location has made my child happy to be at daycare. They really love the children and I love seeing all the fun activities they do. I really like the app that they use to keep in touch."
"We’ve been with this daycare for about 6 months and have had a great experience. Staff love the kids and I know my child is well cared for when I drop them off. Staff are professional and we’ve felt like there’s great communication to parents. Our child learns a ton and does fun activities every day."
"My daughter has been part of the KinderCare family since she was 12 weeks old; although it was hard to leave her with "strangers" I have been extremely pleased over the last 4 + years. There were some uncertain times with the shifting of management(s), but they seem to have taken the intuitive to go above and beyond to make things better. Not only for the kids, but to the parents as well. I now know my daughter is in good hands. The teachers are very generous and very caring with it comes to their students. I would recommend this daycare to anyone, you would not be disappointed with the staff and their teaching."
"We are extremely pleased to have our child attend KinderCare Holland Heights! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help! I was terrified when I first put my child in daycare but they eased my mind right away. Even after being away due to Covid-19, on the first day back my son ran to the building and directly to the director to be picked up, turned around and waved bye to daddy. Clearly, it has become my child’s second home and the staff is more like family!"
