The Hotel Saugatuck

"I'm usually not too impressed by hotels, but The Hotel Saugatuck totally blew me away! When we checked in, Brittany was super friendly and asked about our breakfast preferences and what time we wanted it. She even arranged for dessert to be left at our door that night. Walking into our room, we were hit with this amazing smell and a cozy fireplace, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The room was very clean, thank you Betty! This place is something special, and we didn't even have time to try everything during our short stay. But we'll be back to do it all over again. Big thanks to the whole team at Hotel Saugatuck for making our stay so awesome!"

"I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. It was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at and the bed/pillows were SO comfortable. Breakfast and dessert being brought to your room is such a nice touch as well and not to mention delicious. We stayed for New Years Eve and we were able to see the fireworks from our room (we stayed in Harbor). We are already planning our next visit!!"

"We had such a delightful experience at Hotel Saugatuck! From start to finish, it was an incredible experience. The receptionist when I called to initially book was so kind and helpful in answering all my questions! Our room overlooked the water, which was beautiful. The room was so clean- well stocked with goodies and snacks and even a water bottle to use while we stayed! We loved the surrounding fireplace, the hot tub and incredible shower. Everything was so well chosen for a relaxing and carefree stay, including the cozy robes! The dessert that was delivered to our room at night was such a yummy treat and the breakfast in the morning was just delicious! We appreciate the thoughtful details, the kindness and attention to every last detail. We will defiantly be back!"

I stayed in one of the cottages and it was nicely appointed, very comfortable and featured a number of upgraded amenities, which were appreciated. Breakfast was delivered at your requested time each day and was very plentiful and you are given some wonderful options you choose beforehand.
