"My wife and I stayed here in 2021 so things may have changed but we were disappointed. The rooms weren't very clean. The carpet had stains on it. The furniture including the bed was old and blown out. There was mildew in the shower. The oversized digital clock and TV with DVD player didn't feel boutique. Overall, it was a fair amount of money for a pretty crumby room. Maybe we got the worst room because we booked a day before? We had a suite. The rest of the building was interesting and it's in a great location. We didn't stay for the breakfast."

The staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around and enjoying the best Saugatuck has to offer."

"Very nice accommodations right in the heart of the shopping district of Saugatuck. We had the king suite with fireplace & jacuzzi on the first floor. We didnt notice any noise from the kids playing at the city park next door, as mentioned by another reviewer. Great breakfast cooked and served each morning, would definitely return & recommend to anyone."

"Stayed 2 nights on a weekend getaway. Really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was easy. Our bed was made and we had fresh towels on the second day. The room was clean, we had a small TV, a fireplace and a private shower. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was nice. The location is perfect as we were walking distance from everything in town. Parking was challenging as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon but we were able to find close enough parking. Would most definitely stay here again."
