As their name implies, they truly CARE about your furry family member/s and, from what I can tell, they give our animal/s the same love and attention they'd give to their own. Let's face it, most of us can tell by how our animals behave when we come home from a vacation whether or not they were well attended to or not. They let us know if they're aggravated to have been left. Worse yet, they could have become sick while you were gone (as happened to one of our cats recently from a nonchalant pet "sitting" service).
