"I love this location. The staff is always VERY friendly and they carry cat food that I can't find at many other pet stores. Sometimes my favorite cat food isn't available but that's because of national shortages and isn't the fault of the store. However, I know that I can always find a great substitute with all of the options that they have!"
"The in-store shopping experience is excellent! But I can’t always get there and things I order are often too heavy for me to carry. They offer online shopping and delivery after you reach a certain amount. Their online shopping is horrible. Their web people can’t seem to get this site up and running properly. It’s either down or presents multiple problems when trying to add things to the cart. The worst part Is the final checkout. It fails to move through the steps and always freezes. This is not an issue at my end. Very disappointed. If you’re going to provide online shopping, at least keep your website up-to-date. I want to support local. But the Chewy site is much more user friendly."
