"Excellent customer service with a huge selection of fresh, healthy treats. Great store. My greyhound wants to mention the wonderful toys as well. On our first visit 3 weeks ago, my grey was timid upon entering the store, but the staff won her over almost immediately with their calm and patient attention. On our second visit over the weekend, my grey pranced into the store and affectionately greeted all 3 staff who in turn petted her. You'd have thought she was at a family reunion. The previous timid girl was transformed into a social butterfly. She even seemed to listen attentively to the recommendations of the tastiest treats. She loved all of the treats and I bought a gift card for a friend to take her dog on a shopping spree at the store. The staff is very well-educated on pet diets, health, and well-being and it shows."
"I purchased my dog’s dry food from this store for the first time a few days ago utilizing the buy online and pick up curbside option. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Hollywood Feed provides instant rebates online for its products to guarantee customers always get the best price. As prices rise, it’s nice to see that stores are proactively price comparing to other stores. While the overall price paid was slightly higher than other places I’ve recently bought my dog’s food from, it was the location that made it worth it. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and the process to picking up my order was very easy. The store was very well organized and spacious."
"I came here to get my mini goldendoodle groomed, and Shelby did an incredible job!!! She gave him the exact cut I asked for, and was very patient and gentle with him. The store has a great selection of products, including brands I can’t typically find in other storefronts in Michigan. All of the staff I encountered were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend their services. We will be back!"
