"I frequent the Washtenaw Avenue location, where I am always greeted warmly and helped by all employees while there. I did not have that experience at this location. The male employee did not speak or offer help. He more so surveilled me while I used the pet washing station. My dog noticed and aggressively barked at him, so he didn't appreciate his poor attitude either. The male employee was helpful and friendly to the elderly white woman who arrived after us though. Will not return to this location."

"My dog and I both love visiting the store. She loves the attention she gets from the staff. I love how she gets samples of goodies that I then know she will like them. Whenever we are nearby we stop in. Great selection of foods, toys and treats."
