"If this were just for the groomer, Jennifer, it would be five stars. She is truly wonderful and my dog never has issues staying with her. My dog always looks good, smells great, leaves with a pep in her step and a jaunty little scarf! Unfortunately, I just took my dog to a different groomer because I’m sick of trying to get ahold of them. I’ve never used the kennel. Three stars because actually calling is so inconvenient. You can only call at certain times. Your customers shouldn’t have to set up reminders on when calling your business works for you. Please take this as the constructive feedback it is and not personally."
"One of the cheapest I could find and also biggest, so they have more availability. They also treat it like a hotel, so if you pick your pet up by 11am there's no charge for the day. My dog was happy, healthy, and clean when I picked him which is about all I ask from a kennel. The lady doing the transaction was a little unrefined. The place also looks rundown from the outside."
