"The pharmacist at this location is either uneducated with insurance filings or simply does not care to go out of his way to help customers. I have been overcharged multiple times for prescriptions all while dealing with this particular pharmacist. I will be following up with CVS to resolve this issue. In the mean time, I have switched pharmacies and have not had any issues with my new pharmacy."
