"Great experience and friendly, knowledgeable staff. We brought my father's 2 cats for boarding over Thanksgiving and were very grateful for the staff ensuring that boarded pets vaccines are up to date and also ensuring that every pet has been spayed/neutered. We paid extra for daily cuddles and care for both cats and due to one of our cats being extremely shy, they were not able to provide her with the daily cuddles, and I was refunded for the extra charge. I appreciate the honesty and we will definitely be using this facility in the future."

It was stressful making the decision to board him as we had always relied on someone to come to our home to care for him. "I wanted to board my 13 year old fawn Doberman at Karnik. I took her over there for consideration. My dog has all her shots, but the staff at Karnik said she still needed another shot for canine influenza. My dog already had a shot for canine influenza but they insisted she needed another one. So in order for my dog to be considered, I took her to the vet and asked about a second canine influenza shot. My vet told me they knew nothing about a second round of shots for canine influenza. So I brought my dog back to Karnik and updated them on what my vet said, They responded by saying they wouldn't accept my dog for boarding because she was too old. My dog is very active and my vet said her labs are spotless and she is in perfect health. So Karnik just made me jump through some hoops only to say No. They were nice about the final rejection I guess, apologizing, but I don't appreciate my time being wasted."
