"We stayed here for 3 nights in site #66 with just water and electric before we could move to a full hook-up site #22 for the remainder of our stay. It would be best to avoid those sites in the #66 area as they back up to the hospital mechanicals which are loud. Site 22 was full hook-up and backs up to the bluff so it is quieter and more private. The sites are parking on grass / dirt and not perfectly level, but not too bad either. We found our AT&T hotspot to be better than the wi-fi in our location. The sunsets are lovely and the beach is stony - so it is perfect for finding Petoskey stones."

"Waste treatment plant sharing the space is an unfortunate reality. Could probably use more garbage cans? Spaces seem like they would be a bit tight when it’s a full house."

"SPENT THE DAY AT THE BEACH. NEED TRASH CANS FOR PICNIC AREA ON BEACH. MET A NICE COUPLE FROM ILLINOIS ON THE BEACH LEARNING WHAT PETOSKEY STONES LOOK LIKE. THEY FOUND THEIR FIRST ONE! SO EXCITING!"

"nice view of the water. sites are packed in there a bit. facility is adjoined to the waste treatment plant -- kinda takes away a lot of the value here."

"Located by waste water treatment plant. They encourage you to look for Petoskey stones but have a huge barrier of boulders to cross prior to another barrier of 6" river rock before you get to the water. The water had a slimy, green film. Not a fun thing!!"
