"Nice rooms never do room 101 unless you want to hear heavy door banging of people going in n out all day n night and there needs to be a limit on how many people can swim at a time."
"Location is perfect. Room was clean housekeeper were awesome and front desk staff was here in December of 2023 met the needs of my shoulder injury and my granny staying a couple days with me price was great!! hot tub and swimming pool was even better was able to visit with family loved every minute of it!!! Bottled water snacks and breakfast was good that you all for my stay during this difficult time.. I will stay again.."
"Rooms were a little dated and mostly clean the shower was a little iffy. Staff was nice. Biggest issue was how much we could hear in the room the door leading to the outside was just down the hall and it was slamming shut constantly and we could hear it over the T.V. The pool was absolutely disgusting and hot tub was ice vold I was surprised they considered it open in that condition. Had both hot and cold options for breakfast with a nice variety."
"First room had ants, so they upgraded our room to a slightly bigger room for free. Rooms are smaller and so they do not allow cots in the room we had. Pool and hot tub need some TLC cleaning. Breakfast has lots of options and they kept it stocked. Someone was cleaning or restocking the whole time. Staff was all very friendly and helpful! Older building, but decorated nicely. Located near downtown Petoskey with lots of options for dining. Parking lot is small with narrow parking spots. Overall was a good stay due to the staff and meeting our needs."
"Good side, my room was clean as is hotel itself. The bad side, bed is uncomfortably hard, the small square pillows suck, the TV didn’t work right and even on the lowest setting, the air conditioner doesn’t cool off the room. Beautiful area but will not be staying here again! I will spend extra money for a better place to stay. By the way, I tried to go to bed around 9:30, it’s now 11:45 and I haven’t been able to sleep in this lousy place. I wish I could afford to go somewhere else!"
