"This company embodies a textbook example of mishandling every aspect. The so called "HR" department consistently fails to address concerns regarding payroll errors. Despite my attempts to communicate these issues, their responsiveness was dismal. It took involving additional parties in the correspondence just to elicit a semblance of attention, and even then, their actions seemed more about appeasement than genuine resolution. Furthermore my efforts to address sexual harassment within the company were met with dismissiveness. Rather than taking the complaint seriously, they were brushed off as mere perceptions, undermining the experiences of those affected. Shockingly, I discovered that the company didn't even have a sexual harassment policy in place until months after I joined. Fortunately, my tenure at that company was short-lived, and I swiftly moved into a reputable organization that prioritizes integrity and respect in its practices. I'm grateful to have found a workplace where such disheartening situations are unheard of."
