"I have hear nothing but great things about this place but when I decided to have my rabbit neutered there I got a different experience, first off I told them 3 times that he is a crypto so they will have to go in and get his other testicle, they even gave my an estimate for the neuter right after I told them about him being crypto, 2nd the day of his surgery I dropped him off, when they were ready to do the surgery they called and said hey just wanted to let you know only one of his testicles has dropped so we have to go in and get the other out, I said yes i know this ive told you guys multiple times, so that added another 200 to the estimate, I asked to be contacted when he's awake to make sure he's ok, I waited all day so around 140 I finally called them and they said oh sorry I thought everyone was called, I picked him up and I figured that they would call the next day to check on him like every other vet office does after someone has surgery but nope not one call. This is just very disappointing and I probably won't be back or recommend them to anyone. I hope they improve there services and they pay more attention to what their clients say about their animals."

"I recently moved back to Ann Arbor after living in North Carolina for several years, and needed a vet for my little girl. I reached out to my aunt who was familiar with the current veterinarian options available, and she suggested I use Animal Kingdom. I am very glad I did. The front office staff are very friendly and helpful, and always answer the phone. I have seen two doctors so far, and both were very comprehensive in their examinations. Also, everything seems to be very reasonably priced. I highly suggest you take your fur babies to AK. You won't regret it."

"A great place to take your rabbit if you have more complicated issues going on. They let you know of all of your options and even have referrals on hand, in the case you want someone more specialized. I was able to get my bunny's tooth/jaw abscess removed here, and it was very affordable compared to other places."

His empathy, professionalism, and support really helped me at a time of crisis. I don’t think Charlie would still be alive without his care and dedication at the time. The staff are kind and gentle with my cat and make her feel as comfortable as possible. Our vet is knowledgeable and does a great job explaining issues and helping us set health goals.
