"The old lady that answers the phone at howell veterinarian is the most rudest inconsiderate secretary. I have come across in a while .. She doesn't give you the chance to explain overtake. You want el reason why you're coming in? Try to explain it to her. Telling me I should just go back to the other veterinarian that I wasn't happy with. Sounds like she's running off business more than making appointments.. I used to really love. You guys a lot for my blitz. But her I will not deal with. The only reason why I went to a different vet. Because I moved 30 miles away. Wasn't happy with them. So I was willing to drive the 30 miles to come back to you. Not any more...GOOD BY!!"

"I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new vet so I decided to try Howell animal hospital - I’ve brought both of my dogs in for annual exams/vaccinations and recently had to bring my senior dog in for a few teeth extractions and a cleaning. Everything during all my visits has been great, my senior pups procedure went well and she’s back to herself, glad I found this vet!"

"This is a wonderful, warm atmosphere, the cost was not unreasonable, and the vet really comes across confidently and that's comforting. I took Keira in because about a week and a half ago she had to have surgery for an infection. This morning sore wouldn't let any of us pick her up and I was concerned. This dog lives off cuddles and love. To a somewhat ridiculous extent The doctor not only addressed the immediate issue but she also provided instruction about how to better hold Keira so as to not cause damage to her spine, she was patient with me, as soon as we got there Keira acted fine, like nothing was wrong, but the doc still didn't dismiss my concern. And I definitely did not expect a bill under $100 but I ended up only having to pay $61 and part of that was for medication she sent us home with.. this is little Keira."
