"We have been customers of this pharmacy for the past 14 years and have never in that time received the absolutely condescending and rude behavior by pharmacy staff as my wife did today. One of the male staff treated my wife with contempt when she told him the prescriptions needed to be rung up separately due to our insurance requirements and literally insinuated she was pill shopping when she asked about the status of a refill that showed on the Walmart app as being already filled. When she called back to complain to the pharmacy manager, he defended this stain on the pants of Walmart by saying "we are short staffed". We are considering changing all our prescriptions to another pharmacy."
