"This store was FILTHY. Gross bathrooms, overflowing trash cans, floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week, syrup splatter all over the espresso bar glass, dirty tables and chairs…not one sanitary surface in the entire store. The espresso machines were also not working properly and it was pulling short shots, so my drink tasted watery."
"I love coming to this Starbucks to study. The staff is great and very friendly. Most of the seating is in a portion of the store with all large windows which really helps my mood while studying in cloudy, gloomy Michigan. Sometimes the temperature regulation in that all-window area is weird, but overall still worth coming for fresh coffee and good studying vibes."
"The baristas were very polite and lovely. The drinks were done fairly quickly however, the bathrooms were in a really bad state. The sinks had a lot of grime and the toilets were dirty as well. Cleaning definitely needs to be done immediately because it is in a really bad state."
