I would recommend this place to family, friends, co-workers, my neighbor, dog groomer, the cashier at Kroger and just pretty much anyone I come across. When I say this place has genuinely changed the quality of my life physically and mentally, I cannot thank the staff here enough. I actually look forward to my appointments. I work with Julia primarily, she dedicates herself to her work and takes the time to listen to what you are saying. My plan is customized to my needs and not just a “textbook” generalized plan. With that being said I have worked with multiple therapists there and they really are all fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming every single time I come in. I am acknowledged and by everyone. Robin at the desk is great with making sure your appointments fit best with your schedule and making sure you are taken care of before you step out of the building. To me the staff goes the extra mile in all aspects, beyond just their job. They are all so personable. Which to me is so important to in the healing and physical rehabilitation process. My ankle pain went from pain levels being a 8-10 on a daily basis to almost nonexistent. When I was at one of my lowest points this place really truly changed things for me.
