"The whole experience was fantastic. The customer service was Stella. The check in process was easy to do online. The Doctor was funny, engaging, and was very professional and thorough while examining my daughter."

"Should be zero stars. Made an appointment online through their booking site. Got there well within business hours (business hours 8am-8pm and my appointment was confirmed at 11:40am.) Door was locked and the buzzer didn’t work. Cars were parked in the lot without snow on them from the night before, so there were people there. I knocked on the door and no one came. Called the number and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. (Hazel Park Urgent care had multiple openings same day and answered their phones.) I will never go back to or recommend Ferndale Urgent Care."

"The service was nice. The lady that waited on me assisted Beautiful attitude the doctor or the nurse practitioner. Great spirit at the same time they found out nothing I’m still in pain I took a shot of something. I pray it does not mess up my stomach so far so good because I am allergic to anything with Motrin and all that other stuff so I pray the shot and she gives me does not send me to the hospital, but all in all the staff was excellent. Just had to wait too long"

"I had a terrible earache this morning and knew I needed to be seen. I have been to this urgent care before and had a great experience so I knew I was coming here. I was able to get online and book an appointment right away and from check in to check out I was there approximately 30 minutes. The staff, nurses and doctors are great. I will continue to use them for any urgent medical care I need."

"Made an appointment this morning for 8:20am showed up around 8:15am… walked up to the window first off the lady didn’t even greet me I stood there for a minute and she was just like “can I help you” so that was strike 1. Then I check in. So time starts going by and then I realized it’s literally 8:55am still sitting in waiting area to be called! Mind you there’s only 3 of us in there there was 2 people that was there already before me but they were walk ins! Then two more people come in! I decided to walk out at 9am. I went down the street to IEP urgent care. THEY TOOK me in within 10 mins the lady at the front desk greeting with a good morning and everything. The doctor Dan was friendly and I was in and out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. GO 1 more minute down the street trust me you’ll thank me!"
