"I refuse to go anywhere else, yes I have my personal OBGYN but here I feel safe. I’ve come here just about every year for my wellness exam and other screenings . This place has also been exceptional for me as a survivor. I will forever support clinics such as these and stand behind the women who have helped me in many ways ."

"Left in a room half naked for 2 hours thinking that somebody was going to see me for an exam. I had to walk out and reschedule. It was so hard sitting there when nurses outside the room laughing and having a good time. All they do is take your BP. She asked me why did I come in and I said that i had discharge that smelled like bread. (Bread=yeast)… and she laughed and said nobody ever explained it like that. I purposely think that they hired her from Craig list and isn’t very firm in the Obgyn unit. I went to the front and rescheduled the appointment. I asked her why did they leave me naked from the half down in the room for 2 hours and without checking in their patients. She looked at me with an attitude and said they was backed up. So y’all have a room full of nurses back there with absolute nothing to do but gossip. But no doctors. Got you… If you like hanging out teenagers walking around with a BP cuff. This is the place for you. I left out with the same symptoms that I came in with. Left driving home, thinking that I had insurance, I picked this time, just to leave with no one seeing what’s wrong with me. Also she didn’t reschedule the appointment. This would not be a place that I would donate to. Also to note, the nurse came to the front and walks back to the back. She was apart of the chatty group in the back. Such a shame. UPDATE: looked in the app, she never rescheduled my appointment. Left home in tears. If yall have all that time to talk to each other. Why couldn’t take the time out your day to inform your patients of the waits. This was not comforting. Instead of the nurses trying to figure out how to help you. They will literally look at you. I literally have to go to the ER to see what’s wrong with me and pray because I can’t wait another week after waiting for 2 hours. If you’re black. You’re better off going to your PCP. I’m literally not the only person who said this. I wish it was better healthcare for black women and people who take our health seriously. Literally still crying as im writing this. Healthcare is going up but the quality of the establishments is going down."

"I had 2, yes TWO really great experiences at this particular Planned Parenthood (Ferndale, MI). The staff was very friendly and super personable especial Rachel, CNM, Celina and Elizabeth. Rachel was very patient taking time to explain things to me thoroughly each visit. I did not feel rushed at all. All of the above-mentioned individuals made be feel seen and heard, and all of my issues were addressed with care and consideration!! I highly recommend this location!!"

"the provider was kind, gentle, thoughtful and understanding. all of my questions were well received and answered with care. the front desk staff and medical assistants were also lovely and helpful. i highly recommend coming here, especially for anyone who has had difficult experiences or whose pain has not been taken seriously during exams elsewhere."

"Oh my goodness go here they are absolutely incredible. They will make it affordable for you to have proper family planning and birth control. They are so knowledgeable patient kind and respectful. I was seen by Celena and Rachelle. I got the birth control implant in my arm and was incredibly nervous. They sat with me and talked for over an hour and a half addressing my questions, concerns and options, I cannot say enough good things Or express how grateful I am even Claire at the front desk was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I thank God for my experience there."
