"I was very anxious to seek out mental health care after struggling for years with PMDD and having it take over my life. I tried talk therapy, journaling, yoga, diet changes, supplements, vitamins, massage, cardio, marijuana, CBD but NOTHING was helping the severe anxiety, depression, rage, anger and overall darkness that accompanied PMDD.
