"I was having a MAJOR MENTAL CRISIS. Made an appointment only to get there and be told they no longer except my HMO. The receptionist told me to call the back of my insurance card for a new doctor. Mind you I was there for a mental crisis and was in really bad shape!! Dr. Naroyan is amazing, but his staff is the worst I've ever seen. I now see why people feel hopeless and harm themselves."
