"I decided to visit advanced skincare after being severely burned by a TCA peel. They were gracious enough to give me products that helped me immensely . After my first visit, I decided to switch over to their office. I got facials and facial peels for the most part. Last year, I decided to sign up for a facial hair removal promotion. I paid in full and had a few treatment ( that went well) after those treatments, I called a few times to schedule an appointment, and I was told that a tech would not be available on those days. Fast forward.. I called yesterday to make an appointment for a facial. I was told to come at 10am, but the receptionist Linda was unable to confirm until “the girl text her back” I replied, that’s fine, just give me a call back. But , may I ask how many treatments do I have left? I was told by Linda that she was unable to tell me that, the nurse would have to tell me. Then she said that the manager would have to tell me if my contract could be extended ( not sure what contract) so, I asked to speak with the manager, because all I wanted to know was how many treatments did I have left. That’s it!!!!!! She said.. you’re coming in tomorrow, right? My answer to her was, no, not if this can’t be resolved. Im not going to spend anymore money. All of a sudden now she was able to access my chart. She first told me that my contact was over. Of course I asked for specific dates. She then told me that it wasn’t over, now I would be able to have two more treatments. I was so confused at this point!!!!!!! I asked her once again to have her manager call me. She then said that her manager would not be in until 10 the next morning. She asked why, I said because I want to get the right information. She then said that SHE WAS GIVING ME THE RIGHT INFORMATION I said please have your manager call me. She then rudely says OKAY,BYE! Then hangs up the phone. Her manager calls the next morning, first, not even asking of any concerns. She stated how many treatments I had left. Then said she’s not sure why I didn’t come back( fair question) but, I stated why, and she proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t telling the truth “ that’s not true” never once ever apologizing for my experience yesterday, and continuing to speak over me. She finally asked what she could do for me? She told me that she could give me 2 treatments ( that I paid for) how funny!!! I never once asked for anything, but to be listen to and treated with respect. I have never been anywhere, and treated so rudely!!!! The lack of service and knowledge is completely unacceptable"
