"Brought my daughter in because she fractured her ankle the previous night , urgent care told me to bring her here the next day . I was unaware walk in hours were from 5-9 , so when we came this morning the receptionist said they were unable to see her and that walk in hours are from 5-9, but since she was already in a boot from the urgent care , after hours clinic wouldn’t be able to do anything else for her & we would just need to schedule an appointment, she then booked us an appointment for November 9th . I decided to go against what I was told by the receptionist, and bring my daughter back during the walk in hours . The doctor and staff was great . I’m glad I listened to my instincts and brought her back , because she needs a cast and follow up appointments with a pediatric orthopedic. The receptionist should not be telling people things like that , when she clearly had no idea what she was talking about ! If I would have waited until the appointment day like she told me to do , who knows how much worse my daughters ankle would have gotten !"

"Does not return messages or calls about pertinent information. Finally had to call my family Dr to get assistance for Dr Odeh's MRI order, as I am unable to do in current condition. Not a single response to 4 messages (the first 3 where gentle!!)"

"I came to see Dr Omari and was called so many times to confirm my 8:30 am appointment and I was on time, yet the doctor did not show up to work until 10:00 am and he did not even see me because I have left. I took my xray CD elsewhere to be seen by another facility and another doctor. They still charge my insurance and the audacity to charge a my insurance for a service I did not receive. I am never going back nor referring anyone here. Unhappy unwelcoming people and will let you wait in the rooms until their butchers show up two hours later than what you expect."

"I showed up yesterday at 5pm, just at the start of their walk-in clinic, with unexplained severe pain in my foot. Other places I called won't take you without an appointment, which takes weeks to get. Soon I was taken in to get a variety of x-rays. Dr. Audet came in shortly after to look at the x-rays and touch and manipulate my foot/toes to isolate the areas with pain. She told me what she thinks is the problem, explained what I should and shouldn't do, and gave a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and a cam boot. Just got the cam boot today and it has reduced the pain by 90%, which is spectacular and life changing. Great service by everyone there."
