"I also hate leaving bad reviews, but U of M needs to stop over scheduling these doctors. I loved my doctor, but my appointments normally would take 2-3 hours total. I waited forever. They schedule way too many patients each day, and that’s just unacceptable. I thought that maybe it was just a bad day for them. After this happened several times, I realized it was the norm. U of M, stop over scheduling these doctors. They are clearly exhausted but putting a smile on their face when they walk in the room. They can’t efficiently treat that many patients in a day."

"Not sure if this is Northville issue or U of M, but there any many inconsistencies with the advice you get from people of all levels...from reception who checks you out, to nurses, to even on-call doctors. If you're lucky, you will get one who knows what's the right protocol or guidelines...and will be blessed that they are not blaming you for lack on U of M's ability to provide appropriate labs or appointment or education. I am absolutely shocked at on-call Dr. Mitchell not advising any follow up for a possible miscarriage symptoms other than ER precautions...does a patient not need a follow-up outpatient for couple months?! Also, they seems to never have appointments, even for urgent issues. And they leave it up to the schedulers to decide if something deserves an urgent appointment rather than the RN or doctor. And you might just ping pong between scheduling and RN. Shame how they manage their patient's needs. I had higher hopes from a university facility."
