"Dr Greenberg was fantastic! He ran a little behind but I actually appreciated that because I knew he would spend the time needed with me. I believe that’s a fault of the system, not the providers. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the communication between buildings needs improvement. I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my blood drawn because one building didn’t know the lab closed earlier than posted hours due to staffing. The lab personnel went above and beyond to make sure my blood got drawn because I live 1 1/2 hours away and literally fasted ALL day. Being in healthcare, I know how frustrating it is to want to provide excellent care to patients with system confinements. Thank you to all who made lemonade out of lemons."

"I had the receptionist take my new license. I had asked to put my new last name, and she never changed it. I'm not sure if she even scanned an updated copy into my system. When I went to check out, I let her know my appointment could only be scheduled on Fridays, and she tried to schedule my next appointment on a Monday. I felt like she was more interested in what was on her phone than scheduling the patient in front of her. The receptionist I saw checking in and out was the same and sat on the right side."

"I always get the best care from Dr. Greenberg! He takes the time to explain everything about your blood work! It was a check up and he spent a hour with me, making sure he touched all the bases and answered any questions! I love him as my Dr.! The office staff and nurses are so friendly!!"

"Kind helpful staff. Dr Valitutto is the best, he is very informative and has a real concern for his patients. He explains everything in detail, in simple understandable words and takes the time to be sure you understand. I have been going to him for many years and when he moved from a location just 15 minutes from my home I followed him and drive an hour one way to see him now I have friends that live up by Munising that drive to his office to see him as well."
