"At my last Doctor visit it was snowing and very slippery. When my visit was over one of the staff members asked me if they could hold my arm and help me safely get to my truck. They even got my truck and pulled up to the doors so I didn't have to walk far at all. Cleaned the snow off my outside mirrors too. I would like to thank you for helping me so I didn't slip and fall. What a kind thing to do. There are still good people out there, and this group is some of them. Thank you, Dave."

"Not the usual bronson primary care location I go to. The staff were friendly enough, however, their walls are paper thin and I could hear them talking about patients while I was sitting in my exam room. They repeatedly referred to one of the patients as "the transgender one" and misgendered their pronouns several times. They clearly don't have any care for HIPAA or compassion for patients identifying as a different gender. They also didn't give me clear directions as to when the appointment was over, so I was sitting there waiting for what I thought would be the nurse practitioner to come back with my discharge paperwork, and instead a person who was going to clean the room came in and told me to just go to the front desk. When I did that, I still had to ask for paperwork. If I am ever offered an appointment at this location, I will absolutely decline."

"I switched from the Richland office to Texas Corners due to moving. This office is great. Fast, efficient, kind. I have had no issues getting appointments when I need them, even same day. Dr. Doan is a great doctor and I have referred him to several people that are now seeing him as well. I won't go anywhere else."
