"Extremely disappointed with staff and facility. They DO NOT deserve even 1 star. My children and I saw Dr Kasko for a few years. Then she decided to take over a year off do you think anyone in that office let any of her patients know? Of course not. That would mean they actually have to work. When I called to schedule my kids, I was told I needed to take them to Hartford. I AM NOT driving my kids to that nasty town to see a doctor! Same scenario today called in a refill for my husband, I get the... I'll send over a message. No this is why I called directly because he's been out for months due to staffing issues. His provider was Brandy Smith. (Same scenario, disappear and not inform any of her patients.) Then the old bat hangs up on me so his refill is not happening, needless to say. This facility is nothing but lazy, nasty, unprofessional freeloaders. They should bulldoze that building down and turn it into a storage unit as well."

"Dr. Kasko is so great. She had been my Primary Doctor for almost 4 years. I will have to search for another primary as she is now only seeing pediatrics. The staff is also wonderful."

"I originally made a doctors appointment here, as a new patient and was looking at around 6 months to see a doctor. Two months before that doctors appointment they called and said that doctor quit. She said they could schedule me another appointment with another doctor but they were booked out 8 months. Frustrated and figuring I try somewhere else I told them no. I ended up at clinic and they did an X-ray and doctor pretty much forgot why I was there and and she got me an appointment within two weeks there. So I went in and was told that my primary doctor was on maternity leave, so I had my appointment with another doctor. So, he ordered labs but didn’t do much else because that was his last day there. I have another appointment scheduled for 2 months out with a different doctor. I’ve called twice now trying to get another inhaler that the ER doctor prescribed me. I was told the last time I called that they probably wouldn’t prescribe me the inhaler without seeing a doctor because that was prescribed by a different doctor. Why can’t a doctor there look at my X-ray and prescribe me an inhaler? So I guess I have to go back into the clinic to get an another inhaler, so they can tell me that I need to see my primary physician. This place is a joke. You’ll die before you see a physician here."

"Absolutely love love love Brandi Smith she is the most kindness caring doctor/Np that I have ever had in a very long time, She actually put my faith back to believing that there are still doctors, /np out there that really care for your wellbeing. I am totally heartbroken as is others that she is leaving."

"I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE my doctor. Dr. Brandy Smith is the BEST EVER. She's very patient Dr. She's DEFINITELY HEAVEN SENT. My 24 yr old AUTISTIC son, LOVES her very much and she respect him as a person, not as a person with a DISABILITY. I PRAY for more DOCTORS like her. Love ya Dr. B. Smith you rock.
