"Overall horrible experience, went in very Ill hoping for a diagnosis and antibiotics or medication to help my sickness but they had no idea what it was nor did they prescribe me any medications to help my symptoms. Felt like they didn’t take it seriously at all and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here if they have a serious illness. I’m resulting with finding a new doctor immediately as my personal doctor is never in when I need to see them, and the replacements are absolutely clueless. Very concerned for my own health I am now having to make an extra trip to the ER for a better understanding of what’s going on. This place is a laughing joke. Shouldn’t be considered a clinic, more like black market Tylenol provider"

"I have multiple chronic illnesses. I went in for help with carpal tunnel and was told I didn't have it and their was nothing they could do. Saw my rheumatologist and she told me it was carpal tunnel. I also have chronic pain and was told to take my regular med and maybe a Tylenol. I explained that I've been doing it and it's not helping. Once again I needed my rheumatologist to message them to tell them my pain is real and that I'm not a drug seeker. I am being told they are waiting at least a week before anyone is even willing to look at the message from them. I asked if a different doctor could fill me out a prescription due to the weather causing me more pain and I was told no and they said I needed to find another way to help myself. Looking for a new facility immediately!"

"I had a min stroke & the ER told me to see a family Doctor to get Meds to get my BP under control for (Dental Surgery- no mask).. I called Intercare in Eau Claire, Michigan. to make an appt. I inquired about wearing a face covering because i cannot wear them due to, i go into duress & my BP sky rockets. I was told in that case, I DO NOT have to wear a face covering. I drove all the way there only to be told by the Manager Elizabeth C that i HAVE to wear one or i could NOT be seen. I was denied HEALTH CARE!! Do No Harm! Is Now Officially Out The window! I ended up leaving without being seen."
