"I can see clearly now! My prescription is spot on - no other optometrist has ever gotten my prescription so finely tuned, if you will, and the doctor is also very easy on the eye! The staff were very friendly with good senses of humor and they helped me decide on a frame that I absolutely love; which is extremely important to me as I am on a fixed income and glasses are a huge investment. I was allowed to take my time and did not feel rushed or pressured which is so often the case. My glasses came in very quickly (1week!!!) and when I called the office the next day, the staff answered all my questions with grace and kindness and, again, did not make me feel as though they didn’t have the time to talk to me but, instead, made me feel that my happiness and satisfaction was important to them. At a time in our lives when so many people are in such a hurry and so self-centered and impatient with the rest of the world, it is so incredibly appreciated to experience small-town service with kindness above and beyond the call of duty. If you leave a place of business feeling better than when you went in and your heart is full of laughter, well, that’s the kind of experience you want to talk about! And did I mention that my glasses are perfect and I love that I can see leaves on trees and brake lights on cars?! Who knew?!"
